Pseudolegal Theories

From Theory to Reality

I've walked the path that many are still struggling with. Since 2011, I've studied every theory, every tactic, every pseudolegal argument you can imagine. Starting in 2023, I began testing them in real courtrooms. The results? They don't work.

But here's what I discovered: Real constitutional law does work. The 14th Amendment, due process violations, and legitimate state constitutional protections are powerful tools when properly understood and applied.

"The difference between playing legal games and understanding actual law is the separation of fact from fiction people need to see."

My Journey

1

Started with Popular Theories

Birth certificates, trusts, basic jurisdictional arguments

2

Real Court Testing Since 2023

Municipal, county, state - documented what works vs. what fails

3

Discovered Real Law

Constitutional rights, due process, actual statutory protections

Reality Check: What Actually Happened

After 12+ years of study and real court testing since 2023, I have the transcripts to prove it. Here's what happens when pseudolegal theories meet real courtrooms.

What Doesn't Work

  • "Legal Fiction" arguments - Judge: "I don't know what you refer to when you say legal fiction"
  • "Special Visitation" claims - Judge: "Can you define what a special visitation is?"
  • Article I vs Article III court confusion - Completely ignored
  • "Maritime Law" and "Not boarding the vessel" - No recognition whatsoever

What Actually Works

  • Due process violations - Courts must respond to procedural errors
  • 14th Amendment protections - Real constitutional law
  • State constitutional protections - Often stronger than federal
  • Actual statutory requirements - Knowing the real law

Delaware County Case Study (2023-Present)

December 31, 2023: I tried every sovereign citizen argument in the book during a traffic stop. Looking back at the video, "it definitely sounded crazy!"

2024-Present: Switched to real constitutional law (4th Amendment violations, due process). Now they're "screwing up the case from start to finish."
